Garden Court Victoria Junction Hotel - Cape Town

Well-equipped units with comfortable bed.

The staff are very amiable and extremely friendly, offer excellent services. The rooms are neat and new-fashioned with adequate space, comfortable bed plus a nice view.

Was a handy base for weekend. Everything was amazing, met every demand, and the staff were excellent and gentle people upon request of a cot and bath. The breakfast was satisfactory, had a good choice of options and the food was fab.

location for my purposes

My room had a noisy air conditioner unit outside the window. Underground carpark full on two occasions.

Contemporary design

i was told that it would not cost anything to have my shirts ironed and that i only needed to tip the staff....i was not impressed when i received a R250 extra on my bill at check-out

The wait/service staff were wonderful. Attentive, pleasant, and very helpful.

The hallways were hot, (however, the room AC worked well) and "standard double" (two twin beds that kept separating, and not one full sized mattress) - should have requested a change, but I did not however I'm sure that if I had, I would have been accommodated.

They use a car service and are not allowed to use taxis. The car service left us stranded for an hour and a half. We then gave up and took a taxi which the hotel refunded.

The Hotel staff were so helpfull, The green Taxi they sent to the airport for our pick up is not expensive and Avril our lady drive was very friendly and informative it was our first time in SA.The hotel is in a great location to walk to the V&A waterfront there is a great coffee shop around the corner. It was a good place to stay and value for money.

location and accessibility to all local shopping. Nice part of Cape Town. Lots of restaurants to choose from

The rooms are very old style especially Aircon and bathrooms

Comfortable room, convenient location, where I enjoyed a lovely view of the street and nearby mountain while having access to essentials like a fitness center and swimming pool.

It was perfect.

Absolutely nothing, it was the most awful hotel I have ever stayed at, I would never recommend staying here and will not return.

Very noisy property, unfriendly front desk staff, major complaint was noise both from traffic and from loft room above whereby you hear people constantly walking up and down the stairs. Awful.....

I think the staff was extremely friendly and professional. Great breakfast buffet everyday. It was within walking distance of several areas I wished to visit.

I loved the clean, spacious Loft Room. The breakfast spread was really good, with Lindo's delicious omelettes being a personal favorite 🌟

stylish hotel and friendly staff, good value for money, excellent breakfast

a bit too far from waterfront and Convention centre to walk at night. I would advise taxis (which are inexpensive)
